The heart rate monitor features a 10-workout memory and five linked interval timers with target zones to allow you to measure your development as you train. Functions such as 'Average Heart Rate' that offer readings for your total workout and for each lap and 'Time in Zone' with six heart rate target zones allow you to interpret your performance and set goals. The 'Recovery Heart Rate Timer' measures your heart rate after a timed recovery period during or after your workout, giving you further information about your fitness level. Additional functions include 'Percentage-of-Max Heart Rate Display' and 'Calories Burned.'
